Attorney Ariel MacPherson

 Ariel MacPherson received her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Connecticut in 2009. She graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law in May, 2013.

Attorney MacPherson represents self-insured and insured employers as well as municipalities before the Connecticut Workers’ Compensation Commission. She has also represented employers regarding subrogation in third party claims before the Connecticut Superior Court.

Prior to joining Strunk Dodge Aiken Zovas, Attorney MacPherson practiced in the areas of workers’ compensation defense as well as civil defense. She also has prior experience in civil rights litigation and criminal defense in the United States District Court of Connecticut.

Attorney MacPherson was named by Super Lawyers to their Rising Stars list for workers' compensation in 2020, 2021, and 2022. She is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Connecticut as well as the United States District Court of Connecticut. Attorney MacPherson is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association.
